St. Stanislaus Parish Pastoral Council is a consultative group of men and woman
which offers its advice and vision to the pastor. Three-fourths of members are
elected and one-fourth are appointed by the pastor. The council has open meetings,
usually the last Tuesday of the month at 7 PM in the rectory, and are announced in
the parish bulletin.
Reporting to the Pastoral Council are four permanent committees which are more
directly responsible for the day-today running of parish activities. These committees
are: Catholic Education Committee, Family Life Committee, Justice and Peace
Committee, and Sacred Worship Committee.
St. Stanislaus Finance Council members are appointed by the pastor to assist him in
the administration and planning of the material resources of the parish. This council
oversees the planning of budgets, the unkeep of grounds and buildings, and
devises ways to encourage parish members to be generous in supporting the parish.
Their open monthly meetings are announced in the bulletin.
