Form 1 lists all gift cards available for sale anytime at the SPACS office
(7:30-4:00 pm weekdays). You can also use this form when purchasing gift cards
after masses, although not all the businesses are stocked in the church box on
weekends. You can call the SPACS office to place an order (341-2445) that will
included in the church box for you to pick up at a weekend Mass at the Gift Card
Table.

office and picked up the following week from the SPACS office or after Mass
