Form 1 On this form you will find gift cards available for sale before and after most weekend Masses at the Fremont Street entrance.
Bring this form to fill out your order and bring it to the Gift Card table to purchase your cards.
Form 2 This form lists all the gift cards available for sale at the SPACS Office. If there are gift cards you'd like on this form that are not
included on Form 1, that means that we won't normally carry these cards in our Gift Card Box at church; BUT you can still purchase these
gift cards. Call the SPACS Office (341-2445) to pre-order your gift cards. They will have your order in an envelope with your name on it
and include it in our weekend Gift Card Box, so you simply ask for the envelope at the Gift Card Table before or after masses at St. Stan's
and hand in your payment in exchange for your gift cards. You can also visit the SPACS Office, 1004 First St, Stevens Point, to purchase
your gift cards directly from there.
