ITEM	UPDATE
Justice and Peace	· 58 responses on Time & Talent Sheets, parish office compiling responses at this time · New organization to be added to monthly food collection list: Second Harvest Interfaith Food Pantry of Portage County · HIV/AIDS Program looking for volunteers for their Breadmaker’s Program · Poverty Simulation to be held at Woodland’s Church in Plover on Feburary 12, 2010. · Next deanery wide J&P meeting will be held in April and focus on topic of Brother James Miller.
SPACS	· Commission reports that tuition management program in place is working well and proven to be efficient way to manage collection of tuition due.
Deanery	· February Deanery Meeting to be held at St. Stanislaus Parish.
Pastor/Staff	· Dwaine Habrat, Pastoral Minister, reports that he will be scheduling a Ministry In-service, possibly during the month of March, to provide refresher training to all Liturgical Ministers. · Separate altar server training will also be scheduled as soon as possible for new servers and to refresh current servers
Needs Assessment	· Dwaine Habrat will be developing the assessment and is currently researching various surveys and tools to best gather information from parishioners.
Mass Schedule (Times & Frequency)	· Timing of masses being reviewed per direction of the Diocese. Council members reviewing statistics compiled from mass counts from 2005 to present. More discussion to occur at next Council meeting in February.
